Truffle Dinner at Pastore

Join Scott Pickett and the team at Pastore for our inaugural truffle dinner. Scott and Head Chef Matt Jordan will share the open-kitchen stage for the night, watch as they pair the best of local Australian ingredients and truffles with traditional Italian technique and open flames.

Enjoy truffles many ways; in croquettes, a butter and shaved at the table by Scott Pickett himself!
