Pastore is located on the doorstep of Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery.

Pastore, the Italian word for ‘shepherd’, honours the area’s heritage as a pasture and orchard.

From small plates to full tasting experiences, the menu presents Italian cuisine with Australian references, with a focus on woodfire-fuelled cooking and handmade pasta. Complementing the menu is a wine list of predominantly Italian varietals from local producers. An extensive cocktail menu combines Italian spirits and Australian botanicals, as well as signature Italian concoctions made with Australian aperitivos.
