Pastore, located on the doorstep of Hotel Chadstone, is the one of the newest venue for the celebrated Pickett and Co restaurant group.

Pastore, the Italian word for ‘shepherd’, honours the area’s heritage as a pasture and orchard.

From small plates to full tasting experiences,  the menu by Scott Pickett presents Italian cuisine with Australian references, with a focus on woodfire-fuelled cooking and handmade pasta. Complementing the menu is a wine list of predominantly Italian varietals from local producers. An extensive cocktail menu combines Italian spirits and Australian botanicals, as well as signature Italian concoctions made with Australian aperitivos.
